Groups meet via ZOOM weekly on Tuesday at 6 PM for 75 minutes.

Groups will be led by Elizabeth, a board-certified functional nutritionist, and health + well-being coach

12 Weeks. 6 Pillars. 1 Community.

  • Week 1 + 2: Behave.

    Or don’t. Not behaving is way more fun anyways. Understanding why we do (or don’t) behave is the foundation for long term change. These weeks we dive into what makes us tick and what is going to help us help ourselves in the long term.

  • Week 3 + 4: Eat.

    To eat, or not to eat, that is the question. Here we take two weeks to learn how to create an eating pattern that helps beat out fatigue, pain, and effectively manage weight. 1:1 visit + personalized nutrition plan happen here.

  • Week 5 + 6: Relax.

    You need time for yourself. You need self-care. You may not know how to do it, or what it looks like. Relax dives into all things stress related, including what stress is + how to best manage it.

  • Week 7 + 8: Move.

    I like to move it, move it. You like to move it, move it. We like to - MOVE IT! Ditch traditional exercise and find ways to increase movement in your day to day life.

  • Week 9 + 10: Sleep.

    One of the first things given up on, and one of the most important aspects of well-being to focus on. In this pillar we learn why sleep is essential and how to create the best sleep for our bodies.

  • Week 11 + 12: Connect.

    Connect the dots. This pillar we pull it all together while taking into consideration our environment and relationships.

  • Typically, a course like this would be $799. For the first one, we will be charging $299!

    This includes a personalized nutrition plan - two 15 minute 1:1 consultations AND 12 weeks of content and support.

  • Sessions are 75 minutes long.

  • When you sign up and complete payment, access to the group on a platform Practice Better will be granted.

    All content + reminders will come through here.

  • No problem! Sessions will be recorded so you can stay on track for what is discussed!
